Everything was brand-new, including amiable staff at the reception desk. The rooms were big size and huge with the bedroom and decent amenities, as for instance. The particularly good location was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Wong Amat Beach.

I recently stayed at Prima Hotel for a week-long vacation. The room was incredibly spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff, including the front desk, maid, and room service, were all incredibly nice and willing to help. I ordered food from room service and it was delicious. The hotel amenities and facilities in the room were perfect. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the beach and there are shops nearby. Although it is a bit far from the center and walking street, the beach is much cleaner in this area.

The room was amazingly comfortable and fantastic and we really enjoyed the bathroom, it was good.

Great hotel for a Christmas getaway! The rooms had good amenities, and the buffet breakfast was filling. The location was perfect - close to the beach and other great buildings around. We particularly enjoyed the welcome drink on arrival, really nice touch.

One downside is that the room was a bit dusty and needed renovation, unlike other rooms which were clean and looked recently renovated. the air conditioning was a bit noisy.

The TV may have poor reception and limited English channels, but with the gorgeous beach just a stone’s throw away, who needs TV?
